Our pricing tiers are based on the number of new review requests you would like to send out each month. So if you get 50 new customers per month you would be on the lowest plan. All plans include a review reactivation at the beginning where we can reactivate your list of previous customers whether it's 100 previous customers or 3,000. It is important to note that follow ups are also included in each plan. So on the lowest plans we can request reviews from 50 new customers, but we will also follow up with those customers based on your follow up settings.

No, we can’t block or filter reviews. That’s against Google’s policy. But we can help you proactively ask the right customers at the right time to maximize your chances of great reviews. We created Review Harvest because we know that 99.9% of customers are happy, but the 0.01% are the ones that leave a review whether they are asked or not. We exist to make it easy to get reviews from all your happy customers!
We have seen too many businesses lose their Google Business Profile forever for violating Googles policies. They end up missing out on tens of thousands in revenue and we've seen it destroy businesses. So frankly their are other tools out their that do it, but it is risky.
Also consumers can ALWAYS go directly to Google and leave a negative review so you're never fully safe.
A couple of negative reviews won't ruin your business, but getting your profile shut down permenatly will.
We recommend 1 initial review request post service then 2 gentle reminders. However this can be turned up or down in your dashboard. We only request reviews during a review reactivation or after service. We do not constantly request reviews from all your customers every week or month.
If you serve your customers every week and every week they got a review request and follow ups that would get annoying. We have a 30 day cool down period. This means if we request a review from Sally and she goes through the follow ups and never leaves a review. We will not message her for 30 days. After 30 days if Sally is still an active customers and hasn't left a review after her next service she will be asked to leave a review again.
If you get a new review while working with Review Harvest we will know what customer has left that review. However, we will not know what customers have left you a review before working with Review Harvest. Contact our support and we can manually remove people who may have already left a review, but Google loves updated reviews right now. After all the more recent the review the better, so getting old customers to update their reviews can be incredibly valuable. Once a customer has already left a review we will no longer message them.
This allows us to get your customers attention and give you the best chance of capturing a review. Instead of just sending a boring text that gets ignored. We are able to send a photo of you or your team and auto-populate the customers name on the image. This will lead to more reviews than you ever expected.

Most users see anywhere from 10%-15% of their previous customer base leave a review during the review reactivation. If you have 1,000 previous customers in your CRM we will be able to get you about 100-150 reviews in the first 4-6 weeks of working with us. We expect to get over 20-30% of your new customers to leave a review after service. However many of our users see over 50% of their new customers leaving a review.

This makes it look natural to Google and helps you turn old customers into fresh 5-star reviews without lifting a finger. If you have 1,000 previous customers you will just upload them to Review Harvest and we will be able to generate 100-150 new real reviews from your customers over the following weeks.
Right now, we focus on Google reviews, since they have the biggest impact on local rankings and generating new customers. Facebook, Yelp, and other review platforms are in development.
Right now, we only support businesses in the United States, Canada, and Mexico. This is due to SMS compliance regulations we want to ensure every message we send meets strict carrier guidelines in each country. As we build support for additional regions, we’ll announce it. If you're outside these areas and want to be notified, reach out to us!
Not at this time. While we do plan to become HIPAA compliant in the future, we're intentionally holding off for now. Once we become HIPAA certified, every future update—no matter how small would need to go through HIPAA review processes, which can significantly slow down development.
