How does the pricing work?
$389 a month covers all three services: your custom website, review automation, and full Google Business Profile management. Bought separately these run $758 a month. There's a one-time $1,000 setup that covers your website build and profile onboarding, and if you pay quarterly, we waive it completely.
Do I own the website?
Yes. Your monthly payments pay the site off, just like our website plans. After 24 months you own it outright, and your service just keeps running. Want out earlier and want to keep the site? Pay the remaining months at $179 each and it's yours that day.
What happens to my Google Business Profile if I cancel?
It's yours. It was always yours. We remove ourselves as manager and hand it back with every improvement we made. We never hold your profile hostage.
What do you do about negative reviews?
Every negative review gets handled: we draft your response, help you manage the situation, and report and dispute reviews that break Google's rules. We also offer an optional feedback-filter system that asks customers about their experience first, so unhappy ones can be routed to private feedback instead of a public review.
